Youth Warriors · Ages 7 to 13
Kid-friendly MMA in Bloomington-Normal where kids learn real self-defense, earn their belts and build the confidence and focus that follow them to school and home.

What every class builds
Pick one to see the Fusion system built for it.

Kids learn age-appropriate self-defense plus the posture, voice and eye contact that make them a lot less likely to be picked on in the first place.

Swap the couch for the mat. Kids move hard, get their energy out and head home ready to settle into homework and bedtime.

Small wins, like answering loudly or leading a drill, stack up into real confidence that shows at school and with friends.

Kids practice staying focused and composed under pressure, one round at a time, and that carries into the classroom.

Drills, pad work and games give kids a real outlet, then teach them how to switch into focus when it is time.

Partner drills and a team that cheers each other on help kids make real friends who push them to be better.
Youth Warriors earn every belt, and older students can step up to the leadership team.
No experience needed. Your child joins kids their own age, with a coach right beside them.
Life skills missions and new techniques add up to the next belt.
Every belt is earned, and the whole family gets to celebrate.
Experienced students help lead drills and support newer kids.
A black belt is a teacher, with the responsibility to help others grow.

It works the other way. Respect and self-control come first in every class, and kids learn that self-defense is for protecting themselves.
Not at all. No experience is needed, and plenty of Youth Warriors start as complete beginners.
No. Every class builds focus, discipline and confidence, and a life skills program is included at no extra cost.
