Muay Thai uses fists, elbows, knees and shins, two of each. Tap one to see what you will learn.

Jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts build speed, timing and a solid foundation for every combo.

Short, sharp strikes for close range. You learn the technique on pads and bags first.

Powerful strikes from the clinch that build core strength and balance.

The roundhouse kick Muay Thai is famous for, plus teeps (push kicks) to control distance.
Every class is a full-body workout. Rounds on the pads and bags build cardio, strength and endurance without it ever feeling like a boring gym session.
You learn real striking and how to stay calm under pressure, the kind of confidence you carry everywhere.
Hitting pads after a long day is the best kind of reset. You leave class lighter than you walked in.
Start from zero. Coaches break every technique down step by step, and teammates are happy to help the new person.

Fusion is a no-ego gym. Teammates help each other, coaches meet you where you are and nobody cares how coordinated you are on day one.

Co-owner Greg Farris has trained martial arts for 25+ years. He carries rank in Muay Thai and Jiujitsu under Kru/Professor Jeff Robison of Club-MMA, and his goal is to train amateur fighters up to the pro level.
Super great environment to learn whatever you're there for.All coaches are so good at explaining and showing how to do different combos and moves. Great community too, never felt judged for being new and made a few friends. Pricing is inexpensive compared to other gyms in the area, and you’ll get your money’s worth for sure. I’d definitely recommend for anyone new or returning to martial arts.
Fusion is the place to be!I came in with zero experience and a lot of anxiety, but as soon as I stepped into the gym, I felt welcomed. Not just by the coaches, but also by fellow participants. Everyone’s willingness to help each other and learn from one another has been one of my favorite aspects since starting. On top of that, the gym is always clean and well-kept, and you’re in for a great workout! What more could you ask for? Do yourself a favor and take the leap. You won’t regret it.
